Retirement Plan

Regular, full time associates of Nant and its affiliates are eligible to participate in the Retirement Plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of service. You may enroll by contacting Fidelity at (800) 294-4015 or online at You are not eligible for the Plan if you are a temporary associate or regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week.

If you do not enroll in the Plan upon eligibility, you will be automatically enrolled after a 30-day notice period in the Automatic Increase Program. If you don’t want to participate, you must opt-out within the 30-day notice period. The deferral amount can be changed at any time.

The amount you can contribute to all designated 401(k) accounts in any one year is limited. If you have contributed toward a traditional 401(k) or Roth 401(k) with any previous employer(s) during 2020, please make sure your contributions do not exceed the maximum for ALL accounts combined.

Nant participates in a 529-College Savings Plan offered through The American Funds. A 529 Plan is a tax-advantaged way to save for key higher education expenses, such as tuition, room and board, and required books and supplies. All associates are eligible to participate.
