Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Program

Your health and sense of well-being directly affect the way in which Nant and its associates grows and develops. We take special interest in your welfare because you are important to our company.  Occasionally, personal problems may arise or situations may develop that may interfere with your ability to perform your job effectively.  When this happens, it is important to have an understanding person accessible who can offer professional assistance.

Your Employee Assistance/Work-Life Program (EAP) is a voluntary, confidential service that provides professional counseling and referral services designed to help you with personal, job or family related problems.  Your EAP can help you or your dependent family members identify, resolve and gain control over personal problems that may be interfering with work and daily life.
